This technote summarizes the data required by the Sky Background, Low Surface Brightness, Ghosts and Scattered Light SIT-Com Science Unit (LSB SciUnit) in order to begin testing our five identified normative requirements. After analyzing each normative requirement, we conclude that required data falls into one of five categories: on-/off-axis bright star observations; pinhole camera data; collimated beam projector (CBP) data; full moon observations, and; galactic cirrus observations. Of these categories, two do not necessarily require on-sky observations (pinhole camera data and CBP data), and one does not require high quality imaging (full moon observations). It would be preferable for on-/off-axis bright star observations and observations of galactic cirrus to have higher quality imaging taken where possible, however, we anticipate the latter category to fall out during other observing campaigns, minimizing its impact on the planned schedule.
